Life is all about decisions.
Clutter is often the culmination of decisions not made.
Where should I put this? Top shelf - bottom shelf? Coat closet - linen closet? Basement - garage? File under "A" for Auto or "I" for Insurance?

It's easy to get overwhelmed in today’s world. Everything seems to be bigger, better, faster and more complicated than before. It's one thing to buy a new cell phone or kitchen gadget, but then you need to spend the next 2 weeks learning how to use it correctly, I'm not even going to get into the 4 inch book of directions that came with it... Sometimes you may just need a professional organizer to figure it out.

What is a Professional Organizer?
A Professional Organizer (P.O.) is a person who whether god-given or self-taught has a talent for organizing. It can be so refreshing to have a non-biased third party professional come into your home and help you re-group and re-organize your belongings and life.

Why do I need a Professional Organizer?
Whether you realize it or not; in today's world, it pays to be organized. Send your bills out late, and incur a late fee, plus a larger interest rate. Miss a dentist or doctor appointment and you may be billed for their lost time.  Hiring a professional organizer is a great way to help you get back on track. If you are naturally disorganized,  a P.O. can help you figure out systems and routines to help you live a better and more fulfilling life.  If you are an organized person whose organizing skills have fallen to the wayside, a PO. can help you figure out what went wrong, and re-establish the organization you once had.

What are some reasons people hire Professional Organizers?
Marriage, children, school, illness, divorce, moving, downsizing, caring for elderly parents...
While some of my clients are truly disorganized, I have found that a great deal of my clients were organized people at some point in their lives. I have begun to realize that for the majority of my clients, life happened. And when it did - they were overwhelmed and unable to keep up their organizing systems, or they kept up with them, but due to life changes that system did not work for their situation any longer.
